TIMILI’ RED ALE

Timilì Red Ale is produced by Timilia Brewery, a Catania based brewery which is named after the variety of Sicilian grain grown in the family farm and used in the process of production of beers.
Timilì Red Best Brew, an amber beer with the addition of Red Orange of Sicily, is strongly linked to Sicilian land through the skillful use of malts, as well as of Timilia wheat and Sicilian Red Oranges. Its aroma of citrus brings out a delicate and unique spiciness, while the foam is consistent and velvety and the alcohol content of 5.9%.

Timilì Red Best Brew couldn’t be paired but with Sicilian arancini, the traditional fried rice balls.
Arancini, whose name stands for little oranges, dates back to Middle Age and are a very typical Sicilian street food that can have a round shape to remind the orange one or the cone shaped one to remind the iconic Mount Etna figure.

The full-bodied amber Timilì Red Best Brew will meet the fragrance of fried breading, while its spiciness will be enhanced by the Sicilian ragu and the taste of Red Oranges from Sicily will leave on the palate the delicate aftertaste of Sicily.
